Anyone know a fix to this kind of problem where it just crashes when trying to load a new area? Before, I was outside of megaton when it hit me bad - I literally couldn't walk 25 steps away from the gate or I'd crash, and trying to load any area - even with use of a 'coc ' command just results in a crash. This has been happening for days now, yet before, my game worked just fine, and I didnt change my load order or anything. I was able to get into the stairwell, go around, and get into the market, but now when I try to leave, crash. I've been trying to get into Rivet City, but when I try to get into the market, I get an infinite load screen, and if I tab out, a crash. No idea what's causing this, but I've run into this error for awhile now and havn't found much of a way around it except backtracking my save and trying to just ram my way into a new area.
